Our process

Our process begins with our team meeting EACH INDIVIDUAL where they are. Our team will complete an intake designed to assess areas of needs and establish goals. We measure ABILITY. We UNCOVER transferable skills. We coach our clients to achieve SUCCESS. We work with our clients to ENVISION THEIR FUTURE + CREATE OPPORTUNITIES for progress towards their desired outcomes.

Services offered

We offer the following services to those members who qualify for the ECF Choices Waiver through Blue Cross Blue Shield + United Healthcare:

  • Exploration, Discovery, Integrated Path Employment Services + Job Development

  • Independent Living Skills Training, Community Integration + Job Coaching

  • Self-Employment Start-Up + Small Group Employment

  • Counseling Services related to both conservatorship and health insurance.
